I'm just glad I googled this thread. my headache has been going on for 4 days; no pain reliever touches it, and my sleep quality is very bad. i am still tapering down effexor whilst increasing the cymbalta. currently at 37.5mg effexor and 60mg cymbalta.
given that others sound like they are having the same symptoms, i think i will stick with is and give it a chance. something to knock the headache would be nice, though.
i've tried ibuprofen, aspirin, and acetimenophen (tylenol) with no joy.
