Oh man...I'm sorry I don't seem to be able to help you out any :-( At least the cymbalta helps some, though...that's good. I take it as well, and it really is one of the most effective meds I've taken for depression (its at least as good as Tofranil, minus the weight gain and heart weirdness you get from tricyclics). One more suggestion (I'm sure you're getting tired of these, lol)...my mother and I both have migraines, and we both occasionally take Ultram...my doc also OK'd use for the tension headaches from hell I used to get. It's up there with Midrin and Fioricet in my book.
