Headaches all day probably due to stiff neck and muscle tremors and pronounced agitation that I'm experiencing on only Cymbalta 20mg. I also take Desyrel for sleep and I think it's due to their competition for 2D6, probably raising the plasma concentration of Cymbalta. I've got to either decrease the Cymbalta dose even further or change to another sleep med.
