Having tried as many thing as I think yo have, I wouldn't fear the ECT option either. Both my grandmother and sister have had it done with wonderful results. Any neative side efects that they may have had disappeared. I am actually close to going that route and will embrace when/if I get there. All the dr.'s I have talked to say it is by far the most efficacious AD treatment available.
