You are kind to ask about me.
I have been having a bad time for a while now. Meds aren't helping cause I can't take the side effects of decent doses.I am in a terrible agitated depression with a very short fuse. I can't handle any stress and everything is a chore. Days last forever with little let up of dysphoria hypomania and crashes into suicidal dispair and panic.
I have an ECT consult wednesday. But I have never heard of ECT for agitated depression/rapid cycling. But who knows. I would love to have some relief from the constant pain and agitation.
Then my pdoc suggested Dialectal Behavoiour Therapy. But the class is an hour an a half a way every wed night. I just don't feel safe enough or feel dependable enough to drive that far every week. I just don't know what to do if ECT is not an option. Meds aren't working. I just wish I could have some peace.
Thanks for caring. I haven't really been able to follow PB much...Can't concentrate. But I will got down and answer your question about flaxseed oil.
