Both drugs block it much less than they block the serotonin reuptake receptor. Paxil has been shown to block the norepinephrine reuptake receptor to a signicant degree in vivo, but still less than clomipramine.

Hi Cam.What are the absolute binding affinities to the norepinephrine transporter of clomipramine, imipramine, desipramine, and amitriptyline?
