Thank you, Cam, for your reply. Do you think that if I take this stuff from now until I go to the States in December that I will have built up some sort of protection so I won't have panic attacks when I get there? Or should I start taking it nearer the time of my trip? Is there anything else you can recommend to keep me calm? I've just starting seeing a psychotherapist, and he tells me that I'm suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder...
