I guess if they include the amino tyrosine, which seems to be the problem with our bodies converting to tyramine, then you might want to avoid them if you are taking parnate.

> CourtneyIt isn't the human body converting tyrosine to tyramine, it is bacteria doing it. if you don't have fermentingn processes like cheesmaking, the tyrosine doesn't get converted. tyrosine is a common amino acid, it is not itself something to avoid.
