That is really good news! Although it has a few drawbacks, like weight gain, Zyprexa has surely been a miracle for me too. I'm sure that the heat and humidity has a lot to do with his sleeping so much. I think his appetite will continue to improve. My problem is that I'm a junk-food junkie and don't eat the right foods. Too many fats and starches. So I remain fat and sassy... :)
Up until about 3 weeks ago we were having temps in the upper 90's, low 100's. But since then it's been mostly 70's and 80's. It reached 90 today. I live really close to the San Francisco Bay so humidity is never much of a factor. I sweat so easily that if it were humid I'd be miserable.
Yeah, it was me with the advice for Tina. She's been a buddy of mine for a long time and has had trouble getting decent medical care ever since I've known her. I really wish there was something I could do to help her out.
