I believe that God does have a plan for us but I also think that there are choices we all make that must make him sigh - don't you think? I often think, as life beats me over the head, that whatever lesson I'm supposed to be learning, clearly I'm not learning it fast enough.
But I think there is wisdom in looking at this as perhaps a life lesson. Just whose lesson - yours or your Ts - we might never know. But trying to choose grace may lesson the frustration a tiny bit.
I think depression is probably an expected response to this. Our brains just can't stay in the outrage/frantic mode for long periods. So the chemical shift is from that to depression. Try to exercise and eat right - all things I know you know.
It is difficult to fill the space he had in your life as it was so unique. But trying to put something new and special in place may help ease things a bit.
Take good care.
