Llurpsie, thanks for the practical suggestions. I think putting out something to wear the night before is a really good idea. Anything I could do when I'm feeling decent to help myself when I'm not would be great. And I really appreciate that you shared your list. It helps to know that someone else struggles with the basic stuff and that it's OK if that's most of what I do in a day....and give myself a break after that.

I might try getting up on the other side of the bed, too. Didn't want to risk it this morning though. I feel hung over (sad, considering I haven't had a drop of alcohol in weeks)and it's a tight squeeze over there. I wouldn't want to kick the foot of the bed and hurt my toe, or anything. Even something that minor could send me right back to bed....only after checking to see that all toes were still pointing the right direction, of course.

I'm showered and have a little makeup on today. I can't remember the last time I wore makeup. Don't give me too much credit, though. I have lunch plans, so the shower was bound to happen. I'm not sure I'd have done much otherwise, with the hangover and all.
