A change in your morning routine, maybe? If you usually make coffee then sit and read the paper etc. then do something different. Say, start the day with a trip out to a cafe for your morning brew. Skip the newspaper altogether. Bring an inspiring book, or a journal to write some notes in. Take yourself out of yourself.
Just changing my routine is enough to take my mind out of its rut sometimes. Think of how refreshing a vacation can be - because you're doing something out of the ordinary.
