Holy cow, I was so nervous about not seeing posts from you. I hope you're okay. Confrontation (good or bad or whatever) can be hard to deal with. Infact, it's the only thing I, myself, find kind of triggering (which is weird).
And I have a good feeling about your note. I think it will be okay. Let us know how it goes, either way.(unless you don't want to) Especially if you need help. I wish I had more support to give you.
