seroquel knocks me out for hours, it was way to strong for me. I found that CBT works really well for sleep but you have to keep it up so you have to keep paying. I could have bought 5 years worth of sleeping pills from 7 weeks of CBT but I have to admit that it really did help, not so good now that I have stopped. I don't have insurance. If you don't want to take pills for sleep and can afford CBT then go for it but if you can't afford it then jump back on the med-go-round. Good luck people!!!!!!!!!!!!!
