Many of us are familiar with the therapy hangover you are describing. I can't imaging having to do something (let alone something demanding) right after therapy. And after your last session??

Tell your husband and your uncle that it isn't good timing for you. Take your kids down to see Uncle a couple of days later. You can say no to this.
