Since you are so uncomfortable, why not call her tomorrow and schedule another appointment sooner if possible? This is upsetting you. I think she does want you to be responsible for your therapy.
Since she has some sort of secretary (mine doesn't) you don't have to talk to her directly. Leave a message you would like to schedule an appt asap. Please?
