My ex-husband became paranoid and delusional in the summer of 1999, about me having affairs. He was hospitalized many times and refuses to take medication. He was diagnosed with bi-polar disorder. The emotional abuse I suffered was horrible and I also had 4 children to raise. I had to file for a divorce because he refused to take medicine. We were divorced finally in 2001. He is currently in jail for assaulting a police officer among many other things. I feel and several others, believe he will try to kill me when he leaves jail. I don't mean to scare you but the problem is not going to go away if he doesn't take medicine, it will only get worse. Oddly enough I started having flashbacks about it recently and me and my therapist are going thru it together.
