She's very easy to open up to and level with - but I do hope she has some ideas for ways I can see more concrete evidence of progress. Like homework assignments, etc. Even my former therapist wasn't big on that, but she did do a little of it.
And then I wonder if it even matters b/c I just don't know if I have the energy!!!!
