Thanks for some feedback on the questionnaire, Dinah. I really don't know how much use it is for others, but when I read Tabitha's thread on how long she'd been in therapy & its costs, it got me wondering.

Mind you, I'm still wondering...
Does all therapy seem to go on for so long? I realise that problems aren't created overnight, & can't be solved overnight then either, but some therapy never seems to end. So I thought there might be some good in the questionnaire & its rating.

I give a lot of credit to my Mom for me never needing therapy. I've heard stories ranging from horror to plain neglect showing parental love. I wonder if parents' lack of love, encouragement, or acceptance doesn't have much to do with a child growing into an uncertain adult. My Mom always thought I was "the cat's meow", bless her. She made me feel good about myself.

While you may need the therapy you get, Dinah, I doubt that your little boy ever will. You often question yourself about your mothering skills, but I bet you're giving him a solid basis to develop on.
(And I admire your sense of honesty & integrity, something that will leave a strong impression with him too.)
