TC, you sound very level headed about this and it seems like you are like me in alot of ways. I weighed myself last night and my weight is back up...so you know what that means, more exercise, less eating. Those are the only two things that can make a difference since I'm not a candidate for surgery.
I too am LAZY and have to force myself to work out, will do anything to avoid it. You are lucky with those work programs though as Pilatesand yoga are the best with some aerobic stuff thrown in. Believe me, it just has to become a priority as much as work is for you.
I used to work with a few people who were so consumed with work and it really didn't matter if your health starts to fail, as it does once we stop doing anything active.
Here I sit typing to you, thinking about how I have to go downstairs and workout. It is the easiest thing to procrastinate about. We don't forget to eat or go to work, it has to become reoutine and the only way for that to happen is by starting to do it and seeing some results which believe me are not immediate.
And you are still a young chick so take advantage of that before you become 50, that came so quickly for me and means that I am fighting an uphill battle becasue now I have more aches and pains to use as an excuse and believe me I do.
Good luck with wahtever you decide to do. Just the fact that you're considering these things is good before you gain more weight. Once I reached 190, I freaked and said, now I have to do something.
