Thanks for the advice! I don't plan on jumping into anything, don't worry about that. I'm very much the procrastinater in all things. I was really just asking here as a way to CONSIDER considering it, if that makes any sense.
I also have trouble with balance, which I know exercise would help. My roadblock is getting started. When not at work, I do absolutely nothing. And that somehow gets addicting. The more I lay around, the more I want to lay around. I usually sleep practically the whole weekend. Then when I actually have something to do, it exhausts me.
I really have no excuse. I'm a member of the fitness center at work. They have everything - exercise machines, weights, classes. I've tried a couple of classes like Pilates and Yoga, and I really liked them, but my work schedule is so erratic sometimes that I just can't seem to keep it up. Oh, and I also have a workout center at my apartment complex! I mean I REALLY have no excuse, other than the addiction to laziness.
I guess I've just got to bite the bullet and start doing something. I've always felt if I could just find a reason to get out of the house, like taking an art class or something, that would be a way to get moving at least.
BTW, I will be 38 next month.

P.S. The only thing about lipo is it would NOT be covered by insurance.
