You can do this! If you are a college student I bet you are walking a lot. Throw in some extra stairs when you can between classes.
Watch what you DRINK that can really add calories. You don't have to have organic food to lose weight. Chose fruits and veggies. Eat something like oatmeal or a whole grain cereal with skim milk for breakfast. Get a frozen Lean Cuisine or Weight Watcher meal for lunch and add an apple or carrot sticks. That should cost no more than $3 and you can't eat out for that.
Good snacks are low fat popcorn, handful of plain almonds, or a low fat cheese stick (1 oz).
