Is there any chance my nose would collapse (or change figure in /any/ way) following the cocaine use? I'm a bit paranoid here, mainly because my nose swollen, bloated.

Your nose won't collapse.
You could be stuffed up from poking around in there. You could be stuffed up from pollen in the air. You could be stuffed up from all that poking exposing the tissue to a virus on your hand.
It's great that you still haven't had a drink.
All you have to remember is that what was good for you yesterday will be good for you today. Not having a drink yesterday was good for you. If an opportunity to drink comes up, make that same good decision you already did the day before. Think about how much agony and anxiety you cause yourself with each excursion out there. Play the tape to the end: waking up naked, in trouble with your room-mate, money blown, no idea how certain things happened. That's what one drink causes. Your meds all over the floor, in the wrong bottles, many missing. That's what one drink causes. Strange men you don't trust in your private spaces. That's what one drink causes.
You're going to be fine. You will still need to manage your obsessions.....have you tried the nutrients I suggested?
