I can't answer your questions about what it's doing to your nose/sinus's/brain but as a child who had a father who was addicted to cocaine, I BEG You to stay away from that stuff.
It ruined my father, my mother, and my life. We lost everything we had because of his addiction to that stuff.
It's not worth losing your life or soul over.
