coke nose, brain damage...?

Folks,
Ever since using cocaine recently, my sinuses have been extra /clear/. I can breathe freely through both nostrils, although there is a very, very slight amount of blood on a tissue if I push it up my right nostril.
Of course, my being paranoid:
+ Does this indicate I may have a perforated septum or other nasal problem?
+ When I blow my nose, is it possible I am literally blowing out /chunks/ of my nose? Or my brain?
+ Likewise, when I inhale, do I have a hole to my brain? Am I being ludicrous?
I have this horrible image in my mind that every time I blow my nose I'm blowing out pieces of nose tissue and, more freaky, pieces of my brain!
On another note, I've gone a week without alcohol or drugs, and I'm trying extra hard this time to keep it that way.
