Hi Jay,
I'm in. It'll be fun to compare notes about where we walked or what form of exercise we did. I love taking walks. I have some physical limitations with exercising. I have joint problems, fibromyalgia and foot pain, but I can take walks if they are not too long. 20 minutes is okay. Rebounding is the other exercise I do, and sometimes I do a little yoga. I'm going to try to get my husband to take a walk with me tonight. Thanks for the inspiration. I look forward to hearing from you and others.
