OK...this sounds insane...but for all/any of us either trying to lose weight, or just get in better health, here is an idea.
For the rest of the month of June, our goal will be to simply walk, outside, 20 mins a day. This can also include other activities, like swimming 20 mins a day, or riding a bike 20 mins a day. This is for many of us who can't be pulled from the bed or couch. Whatcha say folks? Hello?..yes?
