Hi everyone. Well, I was on prozac last year and gained 40 lbs. :( it totally sucked, and got off of it in december and lost about 15 lbs since then. Unfortunately, the depression got so bad that i had to get back on prozac. Tried wellbutrin first, but had way too much anxiety, so prozac it is. I'm no longer depressed, but hungry ALL the time. I want to stuff my face 2 minutes after dinner. I never feel really full-I'm not really hungry right after I eat, but not full. So my pdoc told me to add a little wellbutrin and that's helping wih the appetite issues (I split an XL tab). Does anyone have any ideas to get motivated to exercise? I pay every month but can never get up to go. NO motivation :( help!
