You are wise, don't worry about weight, just focus on healthy choices. I lost some weight just from cutting out all the junk food and sugar. Plus I feel physically better. I'm sleeping well, and my stress level is down. Did you notice all the junk food is in the center aisles, and the real food is around the perimeter? At least that's how my store is laid out. It makes it easy, I just steer the cart around the perimeter. I only venture inward to pick up canned fruit (my worst dietary vice at this point) and dehydrated soup.

I don't have an exercise habit now at all. I've had phases of enjoying different things, but now there's nothing. Never tried bellydance, but I went to an israeli folk dance class that was fun. I couldn't keep up though, I'm pretty dense about learning dance steps. Yoga is wonderful, but I moved away from my yoga studio and haven't found a new one. Every now and then I'll do a little yoga at home, but I really need the structure of a class to do much.
