Weight, fitness, and other stuff

Posted by rainyday on April 2, 2004, at 8:40:14

I am just now getting to the point in my treatment where I can make a serious effort in improving taking care of my body better.

I have decided not to get on my bathroom scale.
I am eating wiser food choices, and don't go down the snack food aisle in the grocery store anymore. *SIGH*

Exercise has always been very hard for me because I have never enjoyed it. When I was a little'un I would get migraines and stomach aches and didn't get good at anything, so now my idea of feeling good involves curling up on a sofa with a good book and a cuppa tea.

That's why I'm trying yoga, and taking up bellydance again.

How are everyone else's efforts going?
