The product I took felt like a benzodiazapine on the first dose. YMMV of course, but that was my initial thought.
I have heard a lot of conflicting information regarding GABA. One guy said that the results about GABA not crossing the BBB came out around the same time that gabapentin hit the market.
Who knows.
