Great anxiety product !

Hey, I would like to share my experience with a very good product by Now Foods, called "True Calm".

The Ingredients are:

Niacin 45mg
Vitamin b6, 8mg
Magnesium, 13mg

GABA 200mg
Glycine 200mg
Taurine 200mg
Inositol 200mg

It is very rare that I find a multi ingredient product that I can agree on the ingredients.

Each tablet feels like about 0.5mg clonazepam. It is very calming and grounding but not sedating.


I do recomend it, or other products containing a similar blend.

I have tried many of these ingredents separately with marginal results, but there is some synergy here.

I don't often give a emphatic thumbs up to many products out there, but give it a try if you can find it!
