Link, I've tried glycine, inositol and taurine.
I've found taurine to be an effective mood stabilizer and is great against racing thoughts, anxiety, brainfog, muscle weakness and insomnia.
When I take glycine I don't notice any dramatic difference, maybe dose need be pretty high in order to be effective.
Inositol is really strange. It's a stimulant but it also destabilizes mood at the same time.
Never tried GABA but I've read that GABA has tendency to poop out.Netch
