I am not suggesting that posters vote about this. I am requesting the procedure to be available if and when a need could arrise for such. Right now, I have no intention to email Dr. Hsiung to inniatiate any impeachment of a deputy. I am posting the request now because he is away and I have not seen him post here so I posted the request so that if he answers post in the order that they are on the board, then I feel that the sooner I post the request to him, the sooner my request will be addressed.
