My request to Dr. Hsiung for him to write a procedure that one can follow to initiate an impeachment of a deputy is for the future. None of the deputies have done something that could cause them to be wanted to be removed as a deputy by me.
I am requesting this procedure to be available so that one could follow it if needed by requesting that Dr. Hsiung define misfeasence, malfeasence and nonfeasence. Then if there is a well-defined meaning of these, then one could follow the procedure if those things occur.
