I think not only that, but also an attempt to benefit the forum as a whole in that other people following the threads may also benefit from the determinations that are made as to what is and is not acceptable.
(I am sure Lou will correct me if I am wrong).
Yeah. Took me a while to get my head around that too... But I think I get it now.
