The past practice here has been to write that it is unacceptable here to write to [...not listen to {someone here}...].
In the idiom used in regards to dancingstar, the poster wrote,[...Please,please take {anything} that dancingstar says with a grain of salt...].
The idiom, IMO, has the potential for some to think that when they read that , that what dancingstar says, either now or the past or the future, is to be IMO, possibly {dismissed}. How much toward one considering that the idiom means, "do not listen to her" varies. But on a mental-health board, is not if it means that all the time or is is not that it {has the potential} to mean that?
Let us look at what you wrote to a poster here about the use of ,{...do not listen to...].
