I think of memorials as really being a celebration of a person's life, and he or she is no less deserving of that simply because of the manner of death. (I'm not suggesting that you would think this) I continue to find it difficult to come to terms with Sar's death. It's been almost 3 months now and I find that I still think of her in some context more days than not. People here have mostly moved on and Sar is not someone I feel very comfortable discussing with people who do not understand the nature of cyber relationships. I'm not sure I would even write about Sar if a memorial board was set up, but i think I'd feel that maybe I'd been given some measure of permission to dredge up painful Board history. Maybe the memorial is not necessary at all, but I don't see anything in the concept which would glorify suicide to any degree.
