For opioid tolerance, memantine is another drug worth mentioning. Or ketamine?

Then again, these drugs are potent antidepressants in their own right.

As for naltrexone, I am skeptical, because buprenorphine has a long half-life and binds very tight to the opioid receptors. Seems to me they would interfere with one another.
