I don't have much information to share on the topic.
However, one difference is that selegiline gets metabolised into l-amphetamine and l-methamphetamine, There is an article suggesting tranylcypromine (Parnate) also metabolises to amphetamine, but this has not been confirmed by other studies.
Parnate has an intrinsic amphetamine-like action, whereas selegiline has this effect through the metabolites.
Per milligram, it appears selegiline is more potent.
The l-amphetamines of selegiline can cause cardiovascular effects that tranylcypromine does not have.
