i researched it, Parnate is for treatment resistant, is potent one. It effects MAO-B but also MAO-A partly, i read reviews about depression, on websites, it has a high rating of depression treatment, but the only about Parnate is you have to take 3 times a day, or you'll have the fatigue, and also it said if you take it too late insomnia is an issue, have to have a sedative to go to sleep.

Selegiline - its indicated for parkinson's disease, which it is selective MAO-B, more selective than Tranylcypromine, that it increases dopamine levels, directly. That one of the reasons why its used in parkinson's. I read Tranylcypromine is not as effective as selegiline in parkinson's. ENSAM patch, many people ... here in the past had the patch, and i read good reviews of it. Seleigine yes, its metabolites are levoamphetamine, and amphetamine.

Yet, from what i've read is so many good reports about it, but also they said side effects are many. Obviously there is TONS of posts from previous discussions here ob babble from years ago, tons of them, i just don't want to go through the 1000s of pages about it. Needle in large haystack. But yeah, they said parnate is stimulating, and has brought relief of depression, but the side effects are more than selegiline. Tranylcypromine is non-selective MAO-b, it treats depression a bit more than selegiline. My doctor said they had a patient take ENSAM patch with a stimulant, i don't vyvanse or something for their ADHD. There was a poster, i credit what you said, they took desoxyn and parnate - and they said absolute relief of depression. I don't know, Parnate has wider view of treatment, but more effects. Plus taking 3 times a day

if there's any posters who know more info, that would be great, SLS, so many poster from the past that are gone now
