Did you really mean to say 2000 mg of Seroquel? That's a lot. Seroquel and Zyprexa have different binding profiles but at that dose you should get high levels of D2 antagonism. And you are going to have to keep a close eye on your blood sugar and blood lipids.

From what I've read you are almost guaranteed to develop insulin resistance at that dose although it's marginally better than Zyprexa I suppose. Have you considered something a little more friendly like Abilify?
