maybe Abilify instead of the zyprexa? I read that it causes less D2 upregulation than other antipsychotics, and its sometimes used in combination with other tranquilizers.

Do you think maybe you could taper the zyprexa and just keep the seroquel the same? You're on a high dose combination. Personally ((just speaking as another "patient")) my goal would be to reduce the overall neuroleptic dosage.
