I don't know.
Wouldn't it be more desirable to try something that is novel to your system rather than to continue to try something (Seroquel) that is of questionable value to you at a dosage 1200 mg/day higher than the recommended maximum of 800 mg/day? that's a 150% jump.
Have you tried Saphris (asenapine) yet? It seems to be good for schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder, especially when treating paranoia. It also acts as a strong antidepressant for some people. It is less likely than most other atypical neuroleptic antipsychotics to produce weight gain.
I see that Buspar (buspirone) can act as an aid in the treatment of psychosis.
