anything specific you do?
i do have problems with meditation sometimes as i have ptsd and it seems sometimes that it actually panics me more than calms me... however, sometimes it can work... i haven't figured out what works and what doesn't. i dont know if its the technique or just my 'state of mind' at the time.
let me know any tips you may have.

Now when my mind races at bedtime, I use meditation techniques to quiet it and fall asleep. Really, I have never slept better than I have in the last few months since I started meditating. I now can fall asleep at the same time each night, something I never did before.
