thank you what a comprehensive list, its wonderful. there are many i havent tried.
there are actually several meds i have requested recently (trimipramine, doxapin, amitriptyline that pdoc did not put me on, but i would like to try trazodone i dont think ive tried that one.
i have done many of the herbs but a few i havent even heard of so great!
also, i think ive herd others mention Taurine is that easy to get? (otc)
