What doses do you take? Every drug in your combo is likely to cause weight gain, except propranolol.

Prozac boosts both Celexa and Risperdal blood levels; the latter with +75% on average (http://journals.lww.com/psychopharmacology/Abstract/2002/08000/Inhibition_of_Risperidone_Metabolism_by_Fluoxetine.14.aspx). Your Risperdal dose shouldn't be higher than 3,5mg, preferably lower, to avoid extrapyramidal side-effects.
