Meds can make you gain weight. it's only rubbish doctors who say they don't. Meds alter your hormone balance. Hormones can make you gain or lose weight.Your plan sounds like a crash diet to me. Sounds like a good way to end up in Adrenal fatigue. It's not a good idea, but you can try it out and see if it works for you. I'm not one to preach a healthy lifestyle.
