>~~~ Don't you do Weight Watcher's ? Their plan options, for the most part, are excellent HEALTHY eating plans - when used properly - whether one is trying to lose or just develop a healthy eating lifestyle. One only gets one body to take care of....
I remember your past posts on the Eating board and I hazzard to give much input on your talk of weight loss and such as it makes me feel a bit like enabling, but well, here I am doing it anyway....
If you're concerned over safety, my hope is you realistically look at things and REALLY take stock and consider what it is you're doing and why...
