I don't know about the suppliments. A new study showed that vinegar helped with weight loss. Lifting weights helps if you build muscle because muscle is active tissue which requires calories to maintain even at rest. So I would add weight work to your routine.
Good luck. It's hard work. 1200 calories is really low. They say small meals (500 calories) eaten through out the day are best. It keeps your metabolism working and is not enough for your body to story any left over as fat.
